Adult Complex Health Needs Service

Complex Health Needs Service is a service that provides assessment, support, and advice, along with therapeutic intervention for adults with learning disabilities (LD), their families, and caregivers. The service also offers support for medical and physical health, including dysphagia, epilepsy, and physiotherapy such as rebound therapy and hydrotherapy.

Additionally, psychological and emotional wellbeing, challenging behaviour support, daily living skills, communication, dementia pathway, annual health checks, and training to providers and others are provided. We support any adult over 18 years of age who lives in the Bath & North East Somerset (B&NES) area or is registered with a B&NES GP.
