SWALLOW is a user-led charity empowering teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to thrive.​

SWALLOW is a charity led by its members: local teenagers and adults with learning disabilities. We provide a wide variety of services to support people in every aspect of their lives. Our work gives the individual support that each person needs by providing a variety of services including: • Supported housing; • Outreach support in the community; • Independent living skills training; • Works skills training in a variety of settings including two cafes, horticulture and crafts skills; • Day activities and therapeutic courses including art, cookery a forest group and weekly Activity Days in Bath, Chilcompton and Peasedown. • Sport and fitness opportunities including football and accessible dance sessions (Boogie Nights). • Social activities including Mens and Ladies nights and social trips. • Youth Group (open to anyone with learning disabilities aged between 13-19) every Thursday 3 - 5.15pm (term time only) at the SWALLOW office.
