Our new service, in Citizens Advice BANES, is here to support you and your family, with any needs or worries, no matter how big or small, even if not directly related to your cancer – from finding a local support group - to getting help around the home.
We’re here, when you’ve completed your cancer treatment, and now must face life anew. We know that cancer can get in the way of living as fully as you used to.
We offer a full needs assessment and provide a personalised plan to link you to resources in the community and ensure you get the support you need.
We can talk about any concerns you may have - from practical support needs, to emotional, or family concerns; to providing general information
This is a free, confidential service for anyone living with cancer and their families or supporters in Bath, Northeast Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucester, Mendip & Frome and South Bristol.
In-person or home visits are available, by appointment
