About

The Holistic Health Coach – Supporting Women Out of Anxiety-Led Survival Mode

I support women across Bath & North East Somerset who feel stuck in ongoing stress, anxiety or high-functioning burnout to gently move out of survival mode and back into steadier, calmer ways of living.

My work is nervous-system first, trauma-informed and rooted in everyday wellbeing – supporting women to build realistic habits around rest, emotional regulation, nourishment and connection, without pressure or overwhelm.

I create accessible community wellbeing spaces including:

  • Free monthly Wellbeing Walks

  • Morning and evening Coffee Clubs

  • Retreats and ad-hoc wellbeing events

These offer safe, welcoming spaces for women to meet others, feel supported, and experience gentle wellbeing in community.

I also offer free 30-minute 1:1 Breathe Calls – a calm, confidential space to pause, regulate your nervous system, and talk through what’s feeling heavy. These are especially supportive for women experiencing anxiety, burnout, life changes, menopause transitions, or emotional overload.

My aim is to make wellbeing feel human, realistic and supportive – especially for women who are used to coping on the outside while struggling on the inside.
