Keynsham Snap and Stroll

We are a friendly fully inclusive group who meet every Tuesday from 10am - 12 noon to stroll the local community, parks etc (never a hike) and to take photographs as we go along. No experience is needed, any phone or camera will do. Our ethos has always been, "It is never the quality of the photograph but the quality of time we give ourselves" that matter. The group has seen incredible transformations in confidence, well being and general health.

<ol><li>"Never the quality of the photograph, always the quality of the time we give ourselves.</li><li>We meet every Tuesday from 10am - 12 noon.</li><li>On the 1st and 3rd Tuesday we meet at One Community Trust, Keynsham Bristol and the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays outside the cafe in Memorial Park.</li><li>We offer friendship and conversation together with a listening ear to those who may wish to share.</li><li>We walk and chat as we stroll the local community making friends as we go.</li><li>We have a professional and an experienced photographer facilitating the group if (IF) you want to develop your skills.</li><li>We often use local community coffee facilities as we walk and talk.</li><li>We are fully inclusive and ensure once a month we meet as Snap and Stay we we stay indoors for those less mobile.</li><li>The group is entirely free to join and you can come as and when suits with no pressure.</li><li>For those wishing we have a community Facebook Page for the sharing of images.</li><li>We are a peer led group, no bosses or people in charge and maintain a community / family atmosphere.</li><li>Some of our facilitators have experience with Mental Health and working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism so this is never a barrier to joining.</li></ol>
