We provide 2 day centres, activity groups, virtual groups, as well as 1:1 outreach rehab and support in people's homes or the community.

Our rehabilitation and support work includes (but is not limited to): 

  • Independent living skills;
  • Cognitive rehab;
  • Accessing and engaging in the community;
  • Personal affairs and money management;
  • Work and learning support;
  • Practical help around maintaining the home;
  • Accompanying to appointments;
  • Advice, information and signposting
