Headway Bath and District
We provide specialist relief, cognitive rehabilitation and support to those who have suffered an acquired brain injury (through accident or injury), along with their family and carers.
We provide a day centre, activity groups, virtual groups, as well as 1:1 outreach rehab and support in people's homes or the community.
Our rehabilitation and support work includes (but is not limited to):
- Independent living skills;
- Cognitive rehab;
- Accessing and engaging in the community;
- Personal affairs and money management;
- Work and learning support;
- Practical help around maintaining the home;
- Accompanying to appointments;
- Advice, information and signposting
