We provide 2 day centres, activity groups, virtual groups, as well as 1:1 outreach rehab and support in people's homes or the community.
Our rehabilitation and support work includes (but is not limited to):
- Independent living skills;
- Cognitive rehab;
- Accessing and engaging in the community;
- Personal affairs and money management;
- Work and learning support;
- Practical help around maintaining the home;
- Accompanying to appointments;
- Advice, information and signposting
