Multiple Sclerosis Society - Community Connections Project

This project helps people living with and affected by MS across Wales and the Southwest of England (Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire). It’s here to help you navigate local services, support, activities and resources to help you live well with MS.

Our vision is a world free from the effects of MS.

Our ultimate goal is to find treatments for everyone. Until then, we're working to make sure no one has to face MS alone. Everything we do is guided by people with MS. Because together, we're stronger.

We have recently launched our Community Connections project is to revolutionise support for those living with and affected by MS, serving Wales and Southwest England.

This project was created in response to listening events held with the MS community in 2023. It is funded by Wales and West Utilities (WWU) until March 2026. It’s all about learning what works best, so we can shape better services for the future.
