We have developed a pioneering way of working with people to improve their mental state. We support people with social, emotional and physiological difficulties, and work with them so they can experience positive mental health.
We work with older people, young adults with learning disabilities, mothers with low mood and perinatal depression and children in schools.
We also work with business to support culture change and provide employees with preventative strategies to manage stress.
