We offer evidence based, self help for people who are suffering with OCD and phobias. Our supportive groups meet every week and are available for anyone over the age of 16 who wants to get better.
Using exposure therapy methods, members are set weekly goals and slowly begin to face fears rather than using avoidance to escape them. Our self help groups are warm, supportive and structured. Recovery is possible with hard work and commitment.
