Garden - Craft - Chat - Relax Struggling with your mental health or feeling lonely, anxious or isolated? Come along to our weekly outdoor wellbeing session at Brickfields Park, Twerton, Bath.

Our group is about improving mental health and wellbeing by being in and noticing nature. It is also an opportunity to connect with others. Each week we offer a different park maintenance task or nature craft activity.  

We plant wildflowers and bulbs, do some weeding and clearing. We go for walks, paint, and do leaf printing activities and much more!

The group starts with a check-in and ends with a short meditation.

The group follows evidence-based practices of mindfulness and nature connectedness in order to improve health and wellbeing.

  • Tasks can be adjusted to suit all mobility and accessibility requirements
  • We can support all people ages 18+
  • We provide free transport and free lunch, refreshments, tools / equipment and extreme weather clothing
  • There is no waiting list, no maximum sessions you can attend and no discharge from the group if you are not able to make the session every week
