Providing information to support you making your own choices on topics including drugs and alcohol, staying safe, mental health, sexual relationships, accommodation, money, study and work, and how to make changes. The Wrap also have a self help tool to support you in taking change and making positive changes.

It’s not always easy to recognise the impact of looking after a partner, family member or friend. The Carers' Centre is a local charity and friendly community dedicated to supporting unpaid carers in the Bath and North East Somerset area. The Carers’ Centre offer a range of services to help unpaid carers focus on their health and wellbeing, connect with others in a similar situation and navigate the challenges of caring for someone due to illness, disability, mental health difficulties, addiction or as they grow older.
