  • Everyone on the Serious Mental Illness (SMI) register has the right to Physical Health Checks (PHCs). Our coordinators help you access your PHCs and follow-up appointments, and develop your personal health improvement plans, making the process simple, less stressful and more manageable.

  • The Bridge is a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC). We offer medical care, emotional and psychological support, and practical help to anyone who has been raped or sexually assaulted.

  • Julian House Bike Workshop use bikes to help tackle: Homelessness, Addiction, Criminal rehabilitation and socially excluded clients.

  • The Wellbeing House is a free 7-day retreat for those who want to enhance their mental health and wellbeing. Our beautiful and peaceful environment provides a place of sanctuary, where people can receive support to help them stabilise themselves, and prevent a deterioration in their mental health and wellbeing. You can also access this service through a self-referral.

  • Future Bright is here to help people who work and want to learn new skills, take the next step in their career, gain confidence or earn more money.

  • The Access Community Mental Health team supports people with moderate to severe mental health needs including those with additional psycho-social complexity. This service isn’t suitable for people who are currently using AWP services or Talking Therapies, or whose needs would be better met by Talking Therapies.
