We walk in Clifton Downs, Ashton Court, Blaise Castle, Oldbury Court in Fishponds,Stoke Park,Leigh Woods,Royal Victoria Park in Bath and Rainbow Woods . We also do special walks in other areas around Bristol.

Our friendly and welcoming groups are led by specially trained staff and volunteers. Our groups are for people living with mild to moderate dementia. Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.
Sessions run every Thursday from 10am-11.30am at the Bath Sports & Leisure Centre. Kicking off with a warm-up, the weekly sessions also involve skills development and pairs cricket matches before all attendees are invited back to Bath Cricket Club for teas, coffees and a catch-up in the relaxed and friendly setting of The Boundary, which is the club’s versatile venue for a range of events.
The first 2 sessions are FREE tastersA choir for people with communication difficulties after stroke or brain injury and their loved ones.
