Our beautiful and peaceful environment provides a place of sanctuary, where people can receive support to help them stabilise themselves, and prevent a deterioration in their mental health and wellbeing. You can also access this service through a self-referral.

  • If you have chronic pain, or want to make some changes in your life, or you're struggling to adapt to your situation, coaching may be able to help. It consists of a very useful conversation, where you will feel encouraged and empowered to take positive and effective action.

  • Our friendly and welcoming groups are led by specially trained staff and volunteers. Our groups are for people living with mild to moderate dementia. Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.
