  • We are Sport in Mind, the UKs leading mental health sports charity, with a simple mission: to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity. Our free sessions are open to anyone 17+ experiencing mental health problems. The sessions are lots of fun, for all abilities and drop-in sessions, so no need to book and no referral required. The sessions are all delivered by a qualified instructor and all equipment will be provided. Carers, friends and family are more than welcome to accompany participants to the first couple of sessions – the more the merrier!

  • SWALLOW is a user-led charity empowering teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to thrive.​

  • Information and advice around mental health to young people, parents and carers.

  • Signposting to support, information and groups for young people living in Bath & North East Somerset.

  • Bright Futures coaches and empowers young people with simple Mental Fitness Tools to 'Create happiness without a Filter!'

  • Southside provides targeted and specialist support for people affected by domestic violence and abuse across Bath and North East Somerset. Southside’s team of Intake Workers and IDVAs (Independent Domestic Violence Advisors) supports people aged over 16 years who are experiencing domestic violence and abuse.

  • Support and information for a range of diagnosed health conditions and disabilities, including cancer and dementia, and services for people with learning disabilities.
