Our friendly and welcoming groups are led by specially trained staff and volunteers. Our groups are for people living with mild to moderate dementia. Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.

We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 9.30am to clear the park of litter and do small maintenance tasks such as preparing, sowing and weeding the wild flower beds.
