Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.

We are an informal group which helps to maintain and improve Alexandra Park in Bath. We meet on the first Saturday of each month at 9.30am to clear the park of litter and do small maintenance tasks such as preparing, sowing and weeding the wild flower beds.
