We are specialists in helping families recover from multiple and complex trauma and we provide 1:1 trauma recovery support to children, youth, young adults (aged between 3-24 years) and parenting support groups for parents/carers of those aged 16 years and under. We holistically support families through specialist creative therapies such as art therapy, music therapy, play therapy, creative counselling and specialist parent support groups.
