Bath Mind - Wellbeing Groups
Bath Mind's wellbeing groups support hundreds of people across B&NES in creating new connections and support systems. There is an array of weekly activities and projects available. Each group is supported by at least one Bath Mind staff member and/or volunteer who facilitate the group and support group members with their wellbeing needs.

BSW RECOVERY COLLEGE - Second Step
The BSW Recovery Colleges offers free in-person and online wellbeing courses and workshops. Session cover topics including anxiety, sleep, mindfulness, building resilience and managing intense emotions. All sessions are coproduced with people with their own lived experience of mental health challenges.

SAILABILITY, Sailing for the Disabled CLADS (Chew Lake Association of Disabled Sailors) is a registered charity for a group of disabled sailors who sail on Chew Valley Lake, 10 miles south of Bristol, we sail most Saturdays from the end of April until the beginning of October each year.
