The Disabled Children’s Team provides support to children and their families where a child has diagnosed substantial and long lasting/permanent impairment. The team also works with children who have life limiting conditions.

Our team are passionate about helping people recover and we provide the most evidence based interventions.
Our Home is divided into three wings, each encompassing large en-suite bedrooms complete with generous living areas and individual kitchenettes.
This service is for people on low incomes living in Bath and North East Somerset. It is aimed at members of our community who are older, have mobility issues, or for whom public transport is geographically impractical. You can use the service for journeys such as GP or hospital and therapy appointments, for attending social activities, shopping, attending training or educational facilities, or simply for a trip out or visiting friends or family
The Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) will ensure that the Local Authority fulfils their responsibilities and ensure the child or young person is offered stable care appropriate to their individual needs.
