Complex Health Needs Service is a service that provides assessment, support, and advice, along with therapeutic intervention for adults with learning disabilities (LD), their families, and caregivers. The service also offers support for medical and physical health, including dysphagia, epilepsy, and physiotherapy such as rebound therapy and hydrotherapy.

Our friendly and welcoming groups are led by specially trained staff and volunteers. Our groups are for people living with mild to moderate dementia. Using Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy our sessions are based on having fun and forming friendships. Activities use all the senses and include, discussions, movement, crafts, quizzes and music.
