Chiltern is an award-winning not-for-profit organisation that provides music therapy, arts in health and community music services to people of all ages and many different needs across the UK.

The Trust provides financial help, advice and information, to enable users to benefit from holidays, short breaks, day activities, theatre experiences or therapeutic treatment not normally provided by the statutory authorities. It also seeks to promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people with physical, mental or sensory impairment or special educational needs who are socially excluded by assisting them to integrate into society.
